[Bug] Styx Ricochet Mission: Drill Missing

To get straight to the problem. The drill and bio fuel is missing after breaking through the first wall. I went around the area looking for the overflow bag, haven't found it. Tried resupply, I got 3 radars, no drill. I saw someone say go back to your dropship. It wasn't in there, and I tried to go to where I got the supply drop that had the drill, but I didn't see the cash again.
