[Bug] Water Purifier T1 not working in caves now (bug 1 of 3...)

3 Bugs since latest patch
Bug 1 of 3...
T1 water purifier stop working in caves. You can set them up & they will consume charcoal, but you can not use them.
I will add "placing pic" & "after placement pic" showing the bug.
will post bugs 2 & 3 in separate posts.
