[Crash] Destroying items in inventory crashing game

After the update today I encountered the following issue.
The game will crash if you try to right-click -> destroy any item in your inventory or in a workbench.
Attached is an image of the crash report since there is a character limit on this post.

SFC did not find any issues.
Steam file integrity check found no issues either.
I updated my NVidia drivers after the first of these issues appeared. Crashes still continue afterwards.
Memtest found no issues.
Crashes did not occur prior to the update today.

I know I can just drop the items in question on the floor, just reporting a potential bug. Any fixes I can do on my end?

Hello, I found a strange "bug" where when parsing an object (an Elongated chimney), the game crashes with this error, after restarting the game, it rolls back to the last save.

The moment you click on disassemble on the (simple) lightning rod, the game crashes to the desktop showing an unreal engine exception.

Deleted a carpentry bench and textile bench, each time Delete is selected from the right click menu, the game hard crashes. Attached are logs (renamed UE4Minidump to a txt file as i cannot upload .dmp files).

Today I've updated my client and started playing co-op with my GF.
We are now transitioning to the tier-4 stuff, therefore we are replacing all the tier-3 stuff to electric ones.
When we try to destroy (to get materials back) stuff like Biofuel water pump, water purifier, other things that can be placed down, the game crashes out.
I gave items to my GF so she can try if the issue is with my setup, but on her (also up-to-date) client it crashes the game as well

Picking up a Brazier is possible, but destroying it crashes the game every time.

The game crashes when i try to destroy some crafted objects like lanterns or steel screws in my inventory.

Unreal Engine 4 Crash Reporter shows following error:
Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000074

This bug appeared with Icarus Week 217 Update which was released on the 30th of January 2026.

hey. I'm playing with a friend in open world and the friends can make slugs in bulk but I can't. The other thing was that we tried to destroy the iceboxes we got from the mission but when we press destroy, an error immediately appears and the game crashes!

After Week 217 update, destroying some items appears to cause a CTD. Experienced once when trying to destroy an ice box and another time when attempting to destroy a stone chimney extension piece. Appears to be a consistent CTD when attempting to destroy certain items.
