[Bug] Progression-blocking bug – Missing NPCs in Quarrite Campaign (Outpost Rescue)

Hello,

I am reporting a progression-blocking bug in the Quarrite Campaign, Outpost Rescue mission. During the objective “Save the Remaining Miners at the Outpost,” the required NPCs Drill Chief Biggs and Excavator Wedge do not spawn. There are no NPCs anywhere in or around the outpost to locate, heal, or collect in a stasis bag, making the mission impossible to complete.

I have cleared all hostile creatures, searched the entire outpost multiple times, waited for delayed spawns, and reloaded the session, but the issue persists. No mission markers or NPCs appear.

Due to repeated attempts, I also lost all of my ostrich mounts, resulting in significant time and resource loss.

The mission is fully blocked with no workaround. Please investigate this issue. I can provide screenshots or logs if needed.
