[Bug] Great Hunts - Mission rewards not working

I have completed several missions. like the mission to get and craft the cave worm bow but most recently I purchase the wild hunts DLC and completed the quest lines for the mining armature and the anti-material rifle. I was able to buy 1 mining armature, and I have not been able to buy any other one and I cannot purchase another. I also was not able to purchase the anti-material rifle after completing the gargantuan mission line despite having 2 legendary licenses in my inventory. I tried to send this though the game but have not seen it fixed so I am trying this route as well.
