[Suggestion] Add Moas to Forest or Desert Outposts

It was noticed by myself and my friend group that normal Moas (Not Arctic) Do Not spawn on Outposts whatsoever. As these friends and I are planning on using outposts for animal breeding to (hopefully) save our server from lag death. We were wondering if this was intentional or just something that was overlooked. I vaguely remember something about mount animals spawning on outposts from patchnotes a ways back but cannot find the details.
