[Bug] "Cultivation Specialist" operation wont start

im in olympus openworld, trying to do the
"Cultivation Specialist" operation.
I get the voice, click on begin operation and get voice prompt.. then no quest log.

I tried with a quick mission thing. And thats working. Tried a diffrent operation. And it started (with quest log thing)
