[Bug] Concrete building pieces support behavior changed in New Horizons update

Since the update to New Horizons, I've noticed an inconsistency in concrete building pieces and how they operate. Placing a concrete wall on a foundation other than concrete will sometimes show it as unsupported, and it will break. Other times, the walls will show as supported and work fine. Tested with stone, dirt, and concrete foundations.

In image2, the wall is supported on one side of the foundation. In image3, same foundation, the same wall is unsupported on the other side. You can see the exact same box configuration 2 foundations away standing fully supported in the background of both screenshots. Image4 and image5 is the same location, but with a stone foundation.

Stone and wood walls do not seem to have this behavior, I have not tested with any other materials. Tested on open world map, Olympus J14
