[Bug] Sugar Cane is not sugar cane, its sticks on ELYSIUM

this struck me as weird at first that what i swore was wild sugar cane planted by the water turned out to be just withered sticks. but then seeing this withered tree by the same name makes me 90% sure this was a bug and it should have spawned as sugar cane not a twig tree.
