[Bug] When you kill sandwyrm queen her body stays in the air

If she is in the air when you kill her her body just stays there
I damaged her pretty quick and she started taking 0 damage so I stopped shooting but she was still poisoned with my uranium bullets and was taking constant radiation damage (the damage was still 0) until her invulnerabaility ended and she died to radiation damage while inflight and remained there
This happened twice now
