[Bug] Quarrite Mission 2 (Habitat) - burrow not spawning in L4

Has anyone else come across the problem of the quarrite burrow not spawning within the cave in L4 during the second campaign mission? It not spawning means we are unable to complete the mission.
We have cleared the other two caves, and the first objective (defeating caveworms) has been ticked for L4, but the burrow hasnt spawned.
