[Suggestion] 9mm Lithium Round is to weak

Compared to other 9mm special ammo like obsidian or cold steel, the lithium variante of the 9mm ammo is to weak:
9mm base ammo deal 150 dmg,
9mm obsidian deal 50 dmg and 100 fire dmg, but
9mm lithium deal 50 dmg and only 25 electric dmg
while all other 9mm ammo still deal about 150 dmg, just with a mix of base dmg and attribut, the lithium deal only 75.
So the electric dmg of the 9mm should be change to 100 to get in line with other 9mm ammo.
