[Bug] Iris Dialogue stuck

Iris npc will not say anything other than the "Anyway listen to me prattling on.." dialogue and will not switch to giving me the mission, every other npc just tells me to talk to her yet she will not continue the storyline mission. I have disconnected, given her time, etc. and nothing will let me continue forward
