[Bug] No Item tooltips when choosing item loadout and connected to a dedicated server

When connected to a dedicated server and you are choosing the items you want to take down to the planet there are no item tooltips, this makes it very hard to know what the items are, I don't have all icons memorized and there are so many modules that looks the same.
In single player I do not have this problem, they work, it's only when choosing equipment to take on a mission while connected to a dedicated server.
