[Bug] Elysium Mission: Nexus

Objective: Find some Anti-Radiation Transfusion Medicine. If you have a medical pouch and go to pick up the medication, it gets deposited into you pouch and you will not get credit for the completion. Workaround: Pull it out of your pouch and into your inventory, to proceed to the next objective.
