[Bug] Carrier Drone bugged in DH: Courier

Carrier drone will not rise and move.
Upon reaching the second resistance base and clearing it out, it became bugged.
It was repaired and in the "active" state.
The problem may be the hill there? Or a simple collider issue with the ground and Carrier drone colliders, preventing it from rising high enough to move forward. The drone is not rising more than a foot off the ground in our session. Restarting the session did not fix the issue.
