[Bug] Operation Evolution Elysium

I finished the Operation Evolution but the blueprint is still locked and unable to purchase for the reward helmet.

The first time I went to kill the Frostfoot with the Gibbler I didn't read the blue text and killed it before my Gibbler could help. I then waited until it respawned and made sure the Gibbler did a sizeable amount of damage. The quest completed and gave me currency rewards but the blueprint is still locked and unable to buy.
