[Suggestion] Make a craftable Industrial/UDA/Group 15 Signs available in T5 Tech Tree

One of my favorite things are making snarky signs with the UDA or labeling things with a warning label. One of the main things about doing the missions is I am constantly raiding outposts for all available Industrial/UDA or Group 15 signs, and unfortunately there is only a limited amount that we can loot from the missions. Being only able to get those in a mission stops us from using them in outposts etc or other playthroughs where the missions are not available or have been completed.

Please add the ability to craft the signs to tech tree option for them.
