[Bug] Found an operation (mission bug) on Prometheus

Im trying to do the Cultivation Specialist Operation for Cultivation specialist Hendricks but the mission is bugged.
It asks for me to gather materials (sulfur, glass, aluminum, etc... as well as fruits and veggies.) it will register when i gather the fruits and vegies and mark complete for that section. then it will update and say to sell them to the NPC. I place the items in the NPCs inventory to sell them but it doesnt register. Also for the first bit where it asks me to gather all those resources, it does not register that i have any of them even when every one of them is in my inventory and with the amount required. It just never proceeds to finish.
I have tried abandoning the mission and retrying it multiple times even tried to do other missions in between as well as delete and reinstall the game. Help Would Be Appreciated!
