[Bug] Norex Liaison Agent Map Marker Toggle Bug

After completing the Black Market operation (open world, PC) on Olympus, the Norex Agent's map marker will not toggle off like the other NPC traders. When interacting with him, the Toggle Map Marker On/Off function has no effect.
