[Suggestion] Crafting benches should access Adjacent Inventory
Like all these games, the more items you accumulate the more time you waste just sorting items. So crafting benches should be able to consume materials from adjacent inventories, aka other crafting stations and chests that are close enough to be 'adjacent'. [probably where an edge is within 1/2 * a floor tile size]

Gamer DNAAbsolutely not what you really want implemented. Before you realize it you will have unintentionally used up all your storage of sticks or whatever resource without ever meaning to do so. The idea sounds like a great one till it bites you in the ass!

Andrew Roeschi disagree, i encountered an issue when the bench is full/almost full and you posess appropriate resources to craft an item, the bench will take what is necessary regardless if it has space in its OWN inventory to hold the resources OR the item crafted. in both cases resulted in resources being used/auto moved by the bench but zapped into nothingness as i assume excess isnt relocated to the floor. so perhaps it should not even be allowed to transfer items from your pack for convenience sake if it cannot actually hold enough to create what was requested
