[Suggestion] Add Info Showing Tech Tree and/or Talents Unlocked by Others in the Current Prospect

When playing in a group or with others within a Prospect, it is key to work together. There are many Tech Tree unlocks and not enough points to get them all. When you hover over a particular selection to unlock, there should be a small menu that shows up underneath or to the side of the description for that selection. This will contain the name(s) of all other prospectors that have that particular tech unlocked.
