[Suggestion] Have ingredients available at the same level as craftables

I got stung by a fish so unlocked poison treatment at lvl 5 I think only to find one ingredient, paste I think, wasn’t available until lvl 10. Those skill points are valuable at the start. I don’t understand the logic of unlocking something at lvl 5 that actually can’t be used until lvl 10.

this is the same as the lantern. Needs unlocks in T3 to make a T2 item
