[Suggestion] Ability to make a basement in your house

  You can currently build an attic/loft/second floor, but the ability to dig down to create a basement/cellar would be great!

  I don't think you should be able to build underground everywhere. When you build a house and get a certain number or a certain grade/tier of pieces, it should unlock the ability to underground below it. For example, you shouldn't be able to build underground from a 1x1 wood structure, maybe not even from a stone structure. But you should be able to build into the ground from a 1x1 concrete structure. Like it's a secret entrance or something like you see in movies all the time.

  I'm not sure if it's even possible to implement digging in this game.
  If the programming doesn't allow it this thread would be obsolete and DONE.

  I like the idea of a basement. i also like the idea of of being able to flatten the terrain.
