[Bug] Wounding Shot does not seem to proc as advertised

wounding shot should proc 30% of the time, but out of the hundreds of bears and large deer I've killed shot at, I have only seen it dot once.

In addition to the above being true for me, the 100% chance to "wound" sandworm arrows from the Offender: Investigation mission also have no observable effect.

Can agree I've never seen it proc, even though I have 1 point in it.

I have 3 points in it, but I have never seen it tick for damage, ever. It seems completely broken to me. If there was a respec option already I would refund the points immediately. It could be the damage doesn't show up as it does for all the other damage over time like burning damage for example does, but my gut feeling says it's currently completely bugged and not working. At the very least it needs to give some visual feedback if it does something.
