[Bug] Hip firing a rifle is more accurate than using the iron sight

Currently hip firing with a rifle is way more effective than aiming through the iron sight. The bullet has a 100% accuracy (or it feels that way) while using hip fire. However when using thr iron sight the "aim dot" dissapears and a larger portion of the screen is obscured by the rifle, making it way harder to hit your target.
