[Bug] Logs in the outposts are floating and moving

logs in the winter outpost were floating back and forth in the snow--difficult to harvest, sometimes unharvestable

Mine occurred after I chopped a log on the ground. It started floating back and forth. Snapshot from the video I took you can see the floating log and there were also streak marks trailing it at times.
