[Crash] Grenades crashing game

Not a suggestion, don't know where to report crashes/bugs. A grenade explosion caused a game crash twice.

Happened consistently with different people hosting.

Attempted to destroy small nearly-dead thatch shelter with a grenade.

No explosion occurred, and hosts' game would crash every time.
