[Bug] Fix ore deposits in caves

when mining in caves its come to my attention some of the ores are in hard to reach areas this can be manadged with building in caves however the rocks and slopes in the caves also make it difficult to mine

WHEN WE COLLECT ORE INSIDE CAVES, MANY OF THE TIMES WE CANNOT FULLY COLLECT THE ORE BECAUSE IT IS HIDDEN UNDER THE FLOOR, WHICH RESULTS IN IT NOT REappearing. FIX THIS BUG PLEASE
