[Bug] Sandy Briges - Incorrect progress update message

Upon placing the 4th Beacon (in this case at point Beta) Sol stated that the "Scan was Complete", however it was still only at 45% complete, and continued to scan.

Also a friend joined the prospect and when the Survey did reach 100% it did not replicate correctly to the client.
He was left with the Suvery Progress unticked and showing MAX_INT% and estimating 90 minutes to complete the scan.
