Add success requirements to new prospect screen

You should know what you need before accepting the prospect. Twice now I have been unable to complete a prospect because after I landed, did the grind to get the tools and gear I needed, then get to the location only to find I need to create something I don't have the tech tree engram for. Giant waste of time.

100% agree with this, I just spent several hours on the Homestead prospect only to find out I was missing a whole pile of blueprints required to complete it.
