[Bug] Extra talent points/talent duping

  I had just allocated all my talent points at the orbiter, i start a mission i suddenly have three extra talent points to allocate. Same thing happened on my level 50 character where i reallocated some of my talent points, started a mission and had 15 extra talent points to allocate is it a bug? i counted and on a level 50 character i had allocated like 75 or so talent points in total.

  Now that we have extra talent points and respec points, I've noticed that when I'm the host, I have 17 available talent points and 30 respec points. When someone else is the host, I'm only showing 14 available talent points and 29 respec points.

  I noticed when I specced out of the polar bear armor set that the first time I loaded into a claim it converted the 5 tech points used to 5 extra talent points rather then tech points.
