Player Made Item Reminder/Item List

A feature to click on items in the tech tree to add them to an "Item List" with visual indicators that we are carrying that item on our person (and how many). To help players who have a tendency to forget things. Preferably with an audio+subtitle indicator when we move a certain distance from the base as a secondary reminder to check the item list for what you're missing from your inventory.
