Larkwell Martinez Bow Disappearing

My friends and I have been playing often recently, and one has had that bow disappear 3 times for him, and once for me. We expect it to happen again and again. When it disappeared on me, I was crafting an extra Wood Rag Torch. The bow poofed, and the new torch was in its place on my actionbar.
