[Bug] Knife Talent 'Stay Right There' No Longer Works

The talent no longer immobilizes on critical hits after the recent update. I've tested this on almost every creature and a player.

Stay right there says 100% chance to immobilise when you throw knives, but since you can use throwing knives it don't work. i have fought countless bears with throwing knives and this has not worked once, plus you cant throw your original knife anymore. Am i missing something?
