Bug with drop pod grenades

Hi! My brother and I purchased and used the drop pod grenades today during a mission, the sound effect file bugged with the drop ship sound but they never dropped. The lighting effect fell to the ground so we ran back toward our normal pod location. Only on the approach of our initial pod did the grenade 'work' and relaunched our pods, exactly where they were at the start. We haven't tried to replicate it again yet as we're still fairly early into the game and it's a bit expensive for us to keep buying them.
