[Bug] Buffalo killing themselves on fortified wall spikes
Currently Buffalo can sometimes glitch their head sticking through the wood wall fortifications. This will cause them to start taking damage until death from the spikes on the wall on the other side of the fortifications.

Jesse Michael Brunner MergedEvery time I try to tame a buffalo it ends up walking into my spike fortification. So I took down the ones closest to the door, and they walk past the door right into the next spike fortification. I thought it was funny when all the animals started walking into them, but I lost 2 buffalo, not funny anymore. I'm done with pets until you guys can make them smarter, or at least follow me when we get close to the fort, as it is now, they get close and stop following me, won't stop, just totally attracted to the spike fortification to die.

Ulf MergedMounts following me back to base are on the last meters making a bee line for the food and water trough. Annoyingly instead of using the gate they run into the spikes of the fortification walls. This should not happen.

FrankieThis is a repeated majorly negative experience for me, particularly due to a combination of some of the game's details colliding in a rather frustrating way. So frustrating that I choose to outright forgo using either pets or spikes for every base
These details, which aren't individually bad, are:
- I want to put spikes on the outside of bases for protection. Obviously.
- I often come home on pets with them needing either food or water.
- I have to get off my pet to open the door
- Tamed creatures, when not ridden, immediately beeline to nearby sources of food/water when in need
- Tamed creatures sprint faster than you
- Spikes do a lot of damage, very quickly
I have lost a good dozen mounts this way. They immediately run themselves into spikes and die within a second. It's a problem I feel I can't solve except by avoiding features of the game that I want to enjoy.
It would improve the experience tremendously to simply not let tamed creatures take damage from player-made structures.
