[Bug] Stuck in Throwing Spear stance when switching to a Spear after charging a Javelin throw

Charging any type of Javelin then switching to a Spear will result in the player model staying in the Javelin throw stance. The player can thrust with their Spear, but will revert back to the Javelin throw stance. Switching to a different item will fix the players pose.

JanuaryCharging a throw with any throwable item (Recall Beacons, Grenades, etc) and switching to a Spear or Fire Whacker also results in the player model being stuck in the Javelin throw stance. Switching to a throwable item resolves the issue.
