[Bug] Open World Mission Icons Stay on Map
Abandoning a mission leaves clutter on the open world map. Icons and mission areas remain when no longer in use. Even pods are left on the ground.

Proto+1. The Roaming Beast icon is still on my open world, regardless of the fact that it has been killed after abandoning the mission. Also a loot stash crate and surrounding yellow circle on the map is present even it had no stash in it when I went to check. Tried relogging - no change. Tried exiting the prospect in my dropship and then landing back in - still no change.

Killashandra+1. I have the same issue on two open world maps, one created long ago and the other created a week ago, after the mid-april update. When an open world mission is abandoned, the objectif markers on the map are not cleaned up. These are accumulating each time a mission is abandoned. Reported in game.

MekatI have 2 old cargo pods and 3 mission zones from abandoned open world mission. The mission zones in particular are annoying as they keep pushing new mission zones further out.
See attached image: I currently have no missions active/only 1 character current in-world, but still have 3 yellow abandoned mission zones and two blue abandoned cargo pods. -

Ronald D Hazelwood Mergedplease look into abandoned open world missions still leaving pods and markers on the map, and in world we cant remove my world is now littered with them. a delete tool , such as an automatic delete of all unused missions upon logout wold be helpful

Mickhael+1 Same here. Abandoned missions remain on map. Became very difficult to see on compass what is new or old.
If is abandoned, when 600s timer expire, please erase also from map all signs. -

EwenIf I leave the game in the middle of a hidden cache quest it turns off the quest and the yellow circle on the map but the cache is still there. I think once it says complete there is a timer before the cache box disappears and if I leave while the timer is counting down it should pause the timer and I pause when I get back on.
