[Bug] Workshop Oxygen Tank not replenishing oxygen during mission

I was doing a Styx mission, Vertigo: Expedition solo and I finished the mission with 1 day and 16 hrs left over. This was with several breaks in between since I'm only able to play around 1-2 hrs a day.

It was during the final scan part of the mission where I was traveling through the arctic zone that I noticed that my oxygen meter was still depleting. I checked my inventory and found the oxygen tank still full.

At first I thought it was just a visual bug, but I noticed it kept draining even to halfway my oxygen meter. I didn't want to confirm if it was just a visual bug, so I consumed some oxite just to be sure and it filled up my oxygen. I simply didn't want to risk my several days of progress.

I was using the workshop oxygen tank throughout the mission and was using the basic oxite dissolver to replenish it. It was working fine in the beginning with the oxygen level visually dropping in the tank, but I don't know when it actually stopped visually replenishing my oxygen.

After some more experiences, I’ve found that it’s not limited to the workshop tank. In my Styx Open World, I haven’t tried the steel oxygen tank, but the leather oxygen bladder sometimes didn’t fill up the oxygen as well whenever I discover that my Oxygen isn’t being filled. So far, the only surefire resolution I’ve found is to restart the game, but there were times they started working again after consuming stacks of oxite. I simply haven’t figured out what causes it.

I equipped the oxygen bladder, and it did not work until I hit consume, and the metal oxygen tank did not work until I hit consume as well but it did not continue working after I refilled it and re equipped it ...so I had to hit consume again. Very frustrating.

Has happened to me too with both workshop tanks. And to be clear I was wearing either the HARK envirosuit or the HAULIER suit with the tank in the O2 slot. I submitted a report in game as well. The big thing is not getting the buff from the newest O2 tank.

My speculation is that it has something to do with the oxygen consumption reduction stat from all the various sources getting too high.
