[Bug] Clicking on map causes mount to attack

When setting a marker on the map, you have to click on it. However, this also causes the mount to attack. I think mouse click input (if not movement) should be suspended when hovering over the map.

This has the added issue that, if you are around your base, the mount damages things, so you have to dismount and repair them!
