[Suggestion] Show "active" border color for light slot in hotbar

Pretty much what the title says. It's hard to tell sometimes if you have your light (L) active. I find myself turning it on and off a lot cause I'm paranoid I left it on during the day. If there was a border color when it's active, that would be super helpful.
