[Suggestion] Get rid of plant fatigue

It takes too long to remove plants, and almost defeats the purpose of reusable crop plots. I think removing the floors beneath the crop plots and rebuilding from scratch would be quicker. Plant fatigue needs to be ditched or else completely reworked.
