[Bug] Lost Gear Using Orbital Exchange Interface
I took gear to a open world with one of my characters then sent it back using the Orbital Exchange Interface on a different character of mine but it never made it back to space to my items

I just had this happen to me on Deep Vein Extraction. Was joining my friends game, was dropped back to character selection for a second or so, then the game automatically started again. I was going planetside.
Once there I noticed I had none of my gear (suit, axe, pick, knife, suit mod and bow). We decided to return to space and restart the mission, with my gear as we figured it was still sitting there. Upon return, there was no gear waiting. A fair amount of time getting the $ only to have it all disappear. -

Ars Nova MergedI joined my friends in Dust Up: Extermination, and failed to connect. Then, upon rejoining, all of my orbital gear, including my envirosuit, was missing. I created another character to check if it was still in loadout, but it's just gone. Will provide an update when we finish the mission on whether it returns.
(I had Oxygen bottle, canteen, campfire, movement module, player tracker module, pickaxe, logging axe, and firewhacker) -

Wayne Shook MergedI also lost gear and happen to know the exact path. This is a first after 100+ hours of playing
(1) Joined a friends prospect. Decided I'd go in with some workshop gear.
(2) Quit the prospect.
(3) Went to workshop and spent points to research and buy the things I wanted
(4) Joined the prospect I had quit at (2).
(5) Selected my new gear for my loadout and entered planet.
(6) Missing gear.
(a) Didn't have the gear when I reached the planet
(b) Wasn't in the workshop on return.
Still had my envirosuit but newbie now missing (wasn't going to use that anyway; losing the gear hurts).
Not sure if it helps but thought the details might be of some use. -

von SchallerMy friend hosted an open world Prometheus session. I joined first a lvl60 character with full workshop gear. Later I created a lvl0 character and joined to the same session, take some gear from the lvl60 character and sent back to orbit for repair. After the pod launched didn't get any message about what gear sent back as normaly would be, and the gear is not arrived to the orbital station. I created another character only for repair in the station, but the loadout screen shows me the gear still in the session. I think it is a bug, and tried to leave the session with the lvl60 character. After this the loadout screen told me the gear is settled in the session, even I joined back again. How I can get back my gear???

Venzziee1337 MergedHey, I have a general problem. I'm playing a regular survival game with my buddy. He can summon purchased items without any problems using orbital exchange, but I can't, even though I have them. After putting the items in dropship cargo and clicking "request," a rocket arrives, but it's empty. I tried resetting it, but that didn't help.

vincent MergedI sent orbital workshop items brought down by a different character (same account I was using an open world to level), including a legendary weapon, they did not return to the load out, and they are gone from the map.
If I sent them using the orbital relay are they lost forever? Is there a way to get them back? -

Crow MergedI am playing a Styx open world on pc. I tried to call down a pickaxe from the station. The pod arrived empty, but the pick was no longer in the station. I'm just out the 400 exotics that the pick costs. How can I either get the pickaxe or my exotics back?
