[Bug] Seed pouch does not collect seeds from crop plots

Seed pouch does not collect seeds from crop plots.
Harvested soy from wooden crop plots and they appear in my inventory not in seed pouch, even though seed pouch already had prospector grown soy seeds (manually transfered earlier).
