[Suggestion] Air conditioner (and probably heater) rework

The air conditioner, heater, and dehumidifier ranges are too small for reasonably sized builds. They shouldn't advertise being for "larger areas". The temperature drop for the air conditioner is only 9.5 degrees Celsius if you are pressing yourself against it, 5 degrees one floor away, and 0 degrees 1.5 floors away. This might as well be a tier 3 biofuel fan or something, not a tier 4 "air conditioner". If the range and temperature drop aren't going to be changed, the description should be. Absolutely ridiculous. The description should also be updated to how much (or at least a range) the temperature will drop by, whether the temperature drop is changed with a rework or not. I can't be in the lava biome with full t4 obsidian armor with a cooling effect from my water and an air conditioner without getting heat stroke in a 3x3 house not next to lava. There's cooler areas closer to lava than where I built, apparently. There are other lackluster descriptions that could use the change, too.
