[Bug] Water purifier turn off when placing canteen in it
I have crafted the Tier 3 and 4 water purifiers and connected them to the water/power networks. They show as idle with met water/power requirements but turn off as soon as I put an empty canteen into it, the device turns off. I manually turn the device on and it immediately turns off. They only way to make it stay "On" is to remove the canteen. I have used the power/water network tools that show ample supply so that isn't the issue.

I was able to eventually fix this issue by removing and replacing the water and power supplies. There still is a bug in there since it never should have displayed that it was connected if it was not. I've seen lights work in a similar fashion where they momentarily light up when clicked on but immediately turned off again. I saw this behavior prior to the addition of batteries.
It would be extremely helpful if the water/power lines were color coded showing an active supply. That was you could follow the line back to the point of the bad connection.
