[Suggestion] Add Half Railings

  To expand:
  Snappoints for Railings on Halfpieces (and propably Quarterpieces), the half and quarter pieces itself.
  
  Maybe even proper modelled end pieces for streches of railings when one want them to end at some point and not have it like an hald-ended open fence.
