[Bug] Workshop items not appearing anywhere after crafting

Whether I'm in the OEI or back at the space station, anytime I craft a workshop item it does appear ANYWHERE. Not in my inventory, in my loadout, nowhere even when the message says it HAS been added to my inventory. I have bought numerous different items for none to show up even though the game takes my money. My sister on the other hand has no trouble buying, crafting, moving to the drop ship, and getting delivered.
