[Bug] Avalanche: Expedition Bugged Laser doesn´t melt ice wall

  Hello, we have made the operation "Avalanche" in an open world Olympus but after the operation the wall does not disappear. We can't pass in F8 to go in the rivers biome.
  I specify that before we make the operation, we could pass here.
  How can we do ? I think it's a big bug, it's not the first time that I see it.
  I would like to point out that the wall is not just visible. We try to pass bit we can't.

  I'm running into this issue as well in open world. I ran around to complete the operation but the wall is still there after the mission is over.

  I have soloed to up tech level four and have the portable generator and fuel etc., but I can't place the laser. There was an attachment point at the start of the map, but now I can't place the laser anymore. What am I doing wrong? I don't want to solo to tech level four again. Thanks for any help.

  In the “Avalanche” mission of Open World Mode, progress is hindered because walls remain undestroyed even when lasers are placed and directed at them.

  My crew and I also experienced this issue and find it annoying that the pass-through we once used is now closed for good. I was under the impression that the wall would be gone afterwards since we were removing it with the laser.

  same issue no mods current version no dlcs.
  
  when trying to restart the mission the supply create is now simply EMPTY and persists even after abandoneing the mission. so cannot get even the laser anymore.
  
  this quest is bugged beyond belief. REMOVE THIS PART OF THE QUEST IF YOU CANNOT FIX IT. its not worth keeping this part if its THIS bugged for this long and blocks a major pathway on the map. just remove this step of the quest and reduce the rewards accordingly. done. fixed.

  I play on my brothers server and we completed the mission with avalanche BUT AVALANCHE IS NOT GONE we went around and finish the mission but now the passage is blocked and i need a lot more time to go from ice region to waterfalls avalanche is located between f8 and g8 on the map please contact me asap

  Description:
  When the laser finishes the wall does not open up. This state persists, so even when the mission has finished the wall still is there.
  Thus making it a permanently blocked pass in open world.

  Having the same problem, the wall doesn't melt. It's been over a year since this thread was started and nothing has been fixed.
